Simple Demonstration of Butt Welding Procedure
The CAM is adjusted so as to increase the gap between the wire grippers by shifting the movable head of the slide assembly.
The Wire/ Rods are clamped by the wire grippers and the CAM is used to increase the pressure at the point of welding.
The push button is pressed to the weld the wire butts and the deliver a highly tensile and robust joint.
